Our Services
Our Services

Senior Helpers in-home care services are designed so our clients get as much or as little help as they require to enjoy living independently at home. Our service schedules are flexible and we are non-contractual, so you don't have to commit to a fixed length of time. After a thorough screening, we train, bond, insure, and hire only the most professional and compassionate caregivers. If you're considering assisted living services or other long-term elderly care options, talk to us first.

What Our Clients Are Saying:
What Our Clients Are Saying:

"I would highly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone or any family who needs in-home care. In this high tech, pulsating world in which we live, it is so good to see humanity and warmth -- and that is what you get with Senior Helpers. And complete professionalism and reliability around the clock, every day, even on holidays. They tailor their services to each person's specific needs. I cannot stop raving about Senior Helpers, a true Godsend to me, my mother, and my entire family. In a society where unfortunately indifference, bad customer care, and automated responses have come to be the norm, Senior Helpers stands as a beacon in the night or day. I always got to talk with a 'real' person and I was daily informed by a 'real' person as to how things were going with my mother. This was an ideal transition for her before she joined an assisted living community, one that Senior Helpers even helped us to find. Go Senior Helpers!"

Our Process
Our Process

Our unique process begins with a complimentary in-home "assessment interview". We'll discuss your loved one's specific needs, as well as share information about our professional caregivers and our services. Some of the topics we cover are:

* Overview of our company, services and staff
* Your loved one's care needs and care plan design, including schedule
* Goals of the service for the family
* Pricing and payment methods
* Implementation process
* Ongoing follow-up plan

Our Caregivers
Our Caregivers

Senior Helpers hires our caregivers based on their professionalism, enthusiasm and compassion for seniors. After a full and thorough screening, we train, bond and insure each one. Finally, we match our caregivers' experience, skill set and personality to your loved ones needs. The result is a consistent, working relationship so beneficial that our clients often say their helpers are more than caregivers; they're lifegivers. Senior Helpers has professional caregivers that are:

* Hired and employed by us and are not subcontractors.
* Licensed (where applicable), bonded and insured.
* Checked for Criminal background.

From providing companion caregivers, to certified nursing assistants and geriatric nursing assistants, we make sure every client receives as much or as little care as he or she needs.

Veterans In-Home Care
Veterans In-Home Care

Seniors Helpers is a strong advocate for seniors that served in the military. We can assist our clients in applying for home care benefits from the Veterans Administration. The VA has a program that can reimburse veterans for home care based on certain qualification criteria, including:

* Veterans must have served 1 day during an active war and had no less then a 90 day service.
* Surviving spouses must still have been married to the veteran when they passed.
* You must have a doctor's order insisting you need the aid and attendance of another person daily.
* You must have less then 80K in checking and savings and even less if you are applying as a single (not including your home or vehicles). If you have IRAs and CDs they are included as income.
* You must have received an honorable discharge or general discharge.
* You may not qualify if you are on state assistance (Medicaid or another subsidized program due to your low income).

Your Senior Helpers consultant can discuss the VA benefit with you in more detail during the assessment interview.
Please contact us today to learn more about this exciting program!
