Krista has been a Loan Officer for over 20 years and prior to that was a Credit Analyst for 5 years. Krista's most prominent professional strengths include her ability to listen to needs of her clients and determine the best loan programs for them; her commitment to keep updated on lending programs & guidelines; and her personal accountability and communication with her clients throughout the loan stages. She understands that setting upfront expectations and timelines for her customers makes the process easier for everyone.

Additionally, Krista has demonstrated her leadership through various industry and community groups. Penn joined the mortgage industry 21 years ago following a successful 11 year career as a financial planner. As a result of his expertise in both of these areas, his insights are particularly valuable for his clients.
Penn is quick to acknowledge that his customers and their needs are the most important part of any transaction he handles. He stresses that the following rule is absolutely crucial to a successful loan transaction: be a good listener to completely understand the goals and handle the entire transaction until it ultimately meets the client's satisfaction.
Penn cites 'absolute honesty' as an integral part a solid loan officer/client relationship, and notes that he will not tell a customer what they WANT to hear just to get a deal, knowing that they are not going to get exactly what was discussed in the beginning. Penn also counts being flexible and creative as crucial traits in problem solving and providing sound counsel.
