We welcome visitors, and the cemeteries are open for visitation 365 days a year, generally from about 6 am to dusk. As we are a sacred place, we do not permit alcohol, or fire arms on the cemetery grounds. Pets are permitted as long as they are on a leash and the owner picks up after the pet and properly disposes of the waste. Trash receptacles are positioned throughout the grounds. Many families come to the cemeteries in the evenings and on weekends to visit loved ones. We do not permit open fires or barbeque's.

Pima County and the Diocese of Tucson Catholic Cemeteries have formally dedicated the memorial and reburial area located at All Faiths Cemetery, 2151 S. Avenida Los Reyes, for those individuals exhumed from Tucson's historic cemetery in downtown Tucson.
Between approximately 1862 and 1875, the deceased of Tucson were buried in a cemetery located at what is now the northeast corner of Alameda and Stone in downtown Tucson. In preparation for construction of the Joint Courts Complex, Pima County excavated the historic cemetery between 2006 and 2008, and exhumed the remains of almost 1,300 individuals. Almost 1,200 of the exhumed individuals were reburied at All Faiths Cemetery in February 2010, each individual in a separate container. Previously, approximately 100 individuals were repatriated for reburial elsewhere, some to the Arizona Department of Veterans' Services, some to the Tohono O'odham Nation, and some to the Pascua Yaqui Tribe. Los Descendientes del Presidio de Tucson repatriated 230 Hispanic individuals and these were part of the 1,200 individuals reburied at All Faiths.
The list of names on the memorial is the most complete record known of deaths that occurred in Tucson from 1863 through 1875. The burial records of St. Augustine's Cathedral provided the names of most of these individuals. The names of an additional 106 deceased Tucsonans included in the list, are from the Federal Census Mortality Schedule of 1869 and 1870.

The Advent Mass at Our Lady of the Desert is in the morning, the Advent Mass at Holy Hope is in the evening and is followed by a candle light procession, tree decoration and lighting.
